As part of CoreLogic’s plan to decommission the legacy Property Guru platform in the coming months, the ability to download Title Transactions reports will be turned off from the end of May 2025.
A new version of the Title Transactions report is now available in the new Property Guru for our Premium and Pro subscribers. You can access it via the Title Information panel or the Reports menu on the property details page, as well as through the Reports menu in the search results.
